Painterly shawl

Painterly shawl

One of the joys of visiting an art gallery is that you can look at paintings close-up and see the painter’s brushstrokes. The stitch patterns and colours used for the Painterly shawl were inspired by the bold brushstrokes and colours used by Vincent Van Gogh.

The pattern for Painterly is available to purchase here as a printed pattern. Alternatively, you can purchase it as a digital pdf download from the Being Knitterly Ravelry store. You can also buy a yarn pack for the Painterly shawl.

This pattern is available in two versions: there’s one written for those who knit left-handed as well as the standard one for those who knit right-handed.

If you purchase the printed pattern and would like the pattern for knitting left-handed please say so in your order notes at check out.
