The Painterly greeting card features one of my hand-knit designs. It was inspired by paintings by Vincent Van Gogh, in particular seeing the brush strokes in detail. These made me think of slip stitch patterns that produce amazing effects even though only one colour is knitted per row. I used several shades of Spindrift a beautiful yarn from Jamieson’s of Shetland. The colours echo those in several paintings by Van Gogh.

This greetings card is printed on a thick 340 gsm, sustainably sourced paper stock. There is a light satin coating on the outside; the inside is left uncoated, making it easier for you to write your own message.

It comes with a matching envelope, all in cellophane wrapping.
